At Motorcity Design Shop, we take pride in creating premium handcrafted wooden signs. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our Promise: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item, we will send the correct product at no additional cost and arrange return of the incorrect item.
  • Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made signs are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Full Refund: Original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Store Credit: Instant credit for future purchases
  • Replacement: New item shipped at no cost for defective products
  • Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for damaged/defective items only

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized signs (unless damaged)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"

Important: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
