Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom Orders: Due to the handcrafted nature of custom pieces, please allow 7-14 business days for production before shipping. You will receive a separate confirmation with estimated completion date.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times typically range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Shipping Protection
We carefully package each handcrafted sign to ensure safe delivery. Every shipment includes:
- Premium Packaging: Custom-fitted boxes with protective foam and bubble wrap
- Fragile Handling: Clearly marked packages for careful carrier handling
- Insurance: All orders are insured against damage or loss during transit
- Signature Confirmation: Required for orders over $200
Damaged in Transit? If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace your item at no cost.

Important Information
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
- Delivery Attempts: Most carriers will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to us.
- Weather Delays: Severe weather may cause shipping delays beyond our control.
- PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. A physical address is required.
- Holidays: Shipping carriers do not operate on major holidays.
